Love is the reason we all are here Part of God’s wonderous little drama on a beautiful sphere
Floating in a delicate balance, on its’ orbital plain
Is it any wonder we wonder how long we will remain.
Everything is here because God loves us so.
Love is the reason I can sing for you, Generations of people I owe everything too
My grandfather sailed the Atlantic, with nothing because he had a dream
The courage it took for him to do that, is exactly what I mean.
How he did that I will never know, but I thank him so
Love is the reason you are here with me despite all my flaws my spirit is what you see.
Sometimes when I wander, I can go to far
You are there to guide me home , just like the northern star
I am ever grateful and I love you so.
The balance is perfect, and God is love, my gratitude flys on the wings of a dove
